You will be responsible for providing operational support to the operations teams in your region, which include Barcelona, San Sebastian, Madrid & Porto. You will contribute to the efficient and effective operation of your region. In this role, you will facilitate, measure and initiate processes to ensure operational excellence, staff well-being and community happiness. You are the spider in the web! This includes quality- and cost-management, process improvements, and project management of regional initiatives. In addition, you will work closely with the hotel team leaders and will be the main contact to support them on HR-related topics.
Key responsibilities:
You will work very closely on day-to-day operations for all the hotels in the region.
You will ensure controls are in place to safeguard the operations in the different hotels, including coworking and F&B outlets.
You will support local leadership on projects in the fields of HR, operational excellence and quality and cost control.
You will manage and adjust operational procedures for all locations.
You will maintain and implement TSH standards of quality in all operations.
You will represent your region in central initiatives (e.g., HR, OPS, Quality), implementation of new processes and quality control.
You will represent your region in CSR initiatives and projects.
You will manage operational processes and project management in your region.
You will guarantee an efficient meeting structure in your region between different hubs and departments.
You will support the Regional Director of Operations in responsibilities/activities.
You will make analyses in the field of quality control, commercial performance, or any other requests.
Who You Are:
You have around 1 – 2 years of working experience in a management position within hospitality.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality management or other Management studies.
You are a super-organizer who understands that creating value for our guests will have a positive financial effect.
You are a connector and a true people-person.
You are an easy listener and trustworthy person.
You are structured and someone who loves to plan!
You have affinity with hospitality, co-living / PBSA or comparable.
You know your home market inside-out and are very knowledgeable on local regulations.
You have excellent communication skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
You feel connected to and have experience with working with different target groups; from corporate to students.
You have the ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations.
You have personal integrity with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy.
You have fluency in English, and there is a strong preference for fluency in Dutch.
You are legally allowed to work in The Netherlands.
