Regional Legal Manager

You will create a common legal approach introducing and enforcing a compliance program, will identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to protect the Company and the Group.
Manage the legal affairs of the company including corporate law, contracts management, privacy and data proteccion, intellectual property, compliance, financing agreements.Create a common legal approach about commercial customer contracts and provisions of the legal services to the Group to drive efficiencies, streamline processes and mitigate possible risks.Manage and supervise all the aspects related to Corporate, M&A, financing matters, due diligence and corporate transaction in general.Support the Business in better understanding the regulatory framework.Protect the Company's legal interests.Research and stay up to date on corporate best practices and new legislation and regulations.Acting as trusted advisor of the local business colleagues for any legal questions.Supports legal team in implementing the succesful executing internal initiatives and projects.About UsDedalus Group is a leading international healthcare software solutions provider, working at scale to enable multiple local healthcare models and ecosystems to transform care digitally.
