Overall summary: We are looking for a Financial Controller / FP&A profile who:
Ensures hands-on financial management of our ATM business in the region in alignment with business targets as Business Partners.Assures integrity of financial reporting through control function.Coordinates third-party accounting firms in the region.Executes financial policies and procedures.Responsibilities: Business partnership and developmentProactively drive business performance through business partnership.Prepare financial analysis for business initiatives to support decision-making processes.Support FD in the opening of new countries.Financial ControllingAnalyzing P&L, Cash Flow, KPIs, Capex.Provide accurate financial risk assessments to guide sound business decisions.Planning/ForecastingPreparation and submission of 18 Month Rolling Forecast.Analyzing results and overseeing monthly reporting to adjust, realign plans and forecasts.Review and challenge results.Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports to Business in order to improve control and help decision-making.Support FD to manage cash flow and prepare cash flow forecast.People ManagementWork together with various financial and business stakeholders.Challenges to address: Develop from scratch the business, from a finance perspective, in Latin America.Short/Long-term perspective - being strategic but hands-on at the same time.Actively balancing short- and long-term perspectives; maintaining focus on the long-term despite the constant pressure to deliver in the short-term complexity including business models, lack of clear processes, not fully clear matrix structure, culture.Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in Finance within a multinational organization preferably in industries with high transaction volume.Experience with full end-to-end financial procedures.Strong organizing, planning, and controlling ability.Adequate experience establishing and monitoring budgets and forecasts.Very good analytical skills.Advanced financial knowledge.US GAAP and IFRS knowledge.Consolidated Financial Statement knowledge.Fluent English.Flexibility and reliability.Excellent interpersonal and influential skills.Result-oriented personality with excellent team working skills.Proactive thinking.Ability to prioritize.Ability to work independently.Experience in working with people of different cultures.Hands-on mindset.Willingness to occasional travel (up to 25%).Benefits: A genuine feeling of being a valued member, part of a truly multinational matrix organization.A competitive salary in a financially robust company.Endless opportunities to develop more skills in a company growing year over year.Become part of a team with a true team spirit, ambitious goals, and fun to work.Enjoy autonomy and flexibility.Private Healthcare (option to be deducted from your gross salary).Voucher meal.Euronet Employee Stock Purchase Discounted Plan (ESPP).Learning or improving the knowledge in ATMs operations (360º).
