Regional HRBP Girona (Spain) Ref: WJ5110 June 13, 2024 FUNCTIONS Collaborate in the design and implementation of strategies that produce economic value, via the development of the capabilities of the organization and the creation of the optimal level of trust in the organization to position and maintain the company as an international market leader. RESPONSIBILITIES: Build a strategic partnership with functional leaders to contribute to the design of effective employee solutions related to organizational design & development, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, talent development, employee engagement, performance management, retention, etc. Implement Global HR policies and procedures for each country. Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees alike, creating people-centric strategies to meet business demands through a strong understanding and knowledge of our people. Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of employees. Maintain a knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks. Ensure the application of local legislation in all HR issues. Champion the communication of HR strategy, initiatives, policies, and procedures, lead and drive change projects to generate and deliver continuous improvements within the function. Collaborate and deliver global projects with the Learning and Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and Corporate HR Business Partner teams. PROFILE: Studies: psychology, business degree or related studies. Languages: Good command of English written, spoken, and local language. Work experience: 2 years' experience in a similar role. Skills: Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines. Well-organized with a people-oriented approach. Ability to interact with leaders, act as a coach when appropriate and drive towards solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
