Then we are looking for you as the vocal point to our EMEA HRBP's on HR operations.Purpose of the roleIn this role you will manage the HR Operations agenda in our EMEA region, based on the global HR Operations strategy, and daily activities for Bunge in the region, ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, quality and compliance of the HR operations and processes, as well as to identify opportunities to optimize the operations along with BBS HR, and act to leverage HR operations transformation.Our HR operations manager will make the analysis of the current situation and create a strategy to implement the change on how to organize HR operations in Europe. Another main target of this role is to ensure that the HR initiatives run smoothly, contribute to the business and HR strategies, and are cost-effective. You will develop the policies and drive the change!ResponsibilitiesDrive efficiency on HR processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization, and gains to contribute to our HR Operations and HR Strategies, including benefits administration, as well as cost reduction.Oversee HR operations and processes with efficiency, accuracy, and quality, ensuring compliance.Manage and monitor payroll scope and processes internally in cooperation with providers/ Bunge Business Services HR.Responsibility for KPI Analysis, HR Matrix, On and Offboarding, contract management, overall HR Life Cycle.Manage internal and external HR Operations projects, as well as respective change management.Support and coordinate HR projects and transformation in the region (Payroll, ESS, MSS, OpenText, e-Signature and others as per the Digital HR roadmap).General HR support to the HRBPs in the region.Ensure updating processes, policies, and procedures along with the global team.SkillsOur senior manager is highly skilled in HR operations, e.g. payroll, technical processes and other shared services. You bring the strategical and analytical skills from your previous broader EMEA experience. You are a leader who brings a track record in deliverables in transformations in HR projects. As a person you show a strong commitment and bring the necessary social skills to build relationships with the different stakeholders. Focus on customer service!You have strong communications and presentation skills and possess the ability to make the complex, detailed information clear and actionable, as well as strong influence management skills to the alignment and commitment. You show excellent problem-solving skills and bring a conflict resolution capability.
