Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Partner with key stakeholders in region/business eg Leaders, HR and EHS colleagues to integrate the GSK Employee Health ambition into Business and site plans. Provide data and insights to support stakeholders to mitigate risks to health and risks to operations related to health. Collaborate with the Global Head of OH and the Head of Health Promotion with regional insights to support development of Global/Regional improvement programmes to close identified gaps. Partner with Business leaders, matrix OH teams and 3rd party OH providers in the region to ensure consistent and quality OH service provision and to assure compliance with local legislation and GSK standards. Monitor performance including OH service delivery in region and escalate risks and opportunities to OHLT. Participate in activities that assure governance and service performance of OH services in region. Lead/Collaborate with OH colleagues in the development and deployment of OH improvement programmes. Partner with stakeholders in ensuring capability and development of OH matrix in region, including talent management. Collaborate with CEB/IMTs in the region as necessary inc but not limited to emergency preparedness, pandemics and country specific issues. Be a strong advocate of the Employee Health agenda across the region and enterprise. Represent and network on behalf of GSK EHS/OH internally and externally in region with key stakeholders, advisory boards, industry groups and peer organisations to ensure GSK is at the forefront of thinking which can be reflected internally in best in class services and influence thought leaders. Why you? Basic Qualifications and job-related experience We are looking for a licensed medical professional with these required skills to achieve our goals: Experienced leader in Occupational Health or Employee Health Substantial experience of partnership working and influencing stakeholders. Fluency in English required and fluency in other European languages highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written, oral and group presentation. Strong technical knowledge across entire health spectrum and provides consultative support and level 2/3 governance/oversight of health programmes. Preferred job-related experience If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Demonstrated coaching and leadership ability in order to help others achieve improvement in performance. Critical thinking skills. Systems-thinking mindset as is experience of working in a matrixed organisation, preferably in a regional or global capacity. Well-developed awareness of self, others and impact of self on others. Role will require travel to various sites across the region in addition to attending leadership meetings.
