Hitachi Energy is looking for a Regional Continuous Improvement Leader to join our international team for our Grid Automation Business Unit, across the UK and Europe. The role focuses on driving sustainable and transformational change in identified business areas, making a direct impact on operational efficiency, and delivering associated cost savings across all our business operations in Hub Europe Grid Automation.Ideally, you'll have a working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma strategies and principles, along with experience in conducting cycles of learning and running projects utilizing Six Sigma methodology. Your future starts today!Your Responsibilities Serve as a change agent within the designated geography and the Global PG Division Continuous Improvement function.Continually challenge conventional thinking and drive accountability for operational results for all locations and organizational structures in scope, including lead time, inventory, cost, etc.Teach Continuous Improvement thinking and the potential to undertake DMAIC projects.Coach and mentor Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, and Quality Leaders across the geography.Ensure the Leading Operating Model (Lighthouse Framework) deployment across various sites and functions within the geography in line with agreed targets and plans.Support the delivery of key projects across the Hub as a L6S coach and mentor.Deliver the CI HUB Europe strategy and be accountable for achieving strategic targets and milestones.Your Background Experience in areas such as manufacturing, engineering, materials management, quality, and process improvements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
