Regional Consumer Marketing Specialist for Germany and global marketplaces

The vacant position is within the Consumer division of Nilfisk who services consumers through off- and on-line channels predominantly in Europe.
The main product lines are high-pressure washers and vacuum cleaners.
Execution focused team player The consumer marketing function is based as a central function at Head Quarters in Denmark where the global strategies and campaigns are developed.
This is combined with regional marketing hubs which manage the local execution of these strategies and campaigns. Reporting to the Global Head of Consumer Marketing your role will be twofold :
Execute the overall global marketing plan in your region and plan local marketing activities to support sales both online and in stores.Support the development and growth of various marketplaces globally.The position is in Madrid, or a can be a remote position based in Spain. You should expect some traveling approx. 20 days a year.Region Germany :
Key responsibilities : Coordinate campaigns with local sales managers and local chains and report on results.Coordinate chain fairs / events and produce specific chain related marketing material.Updating of the local website / webshop of the regional hub.Coordinate translations of marketing materials for the hub.Coordinate with external suppliers such as printers and marketing agencies.Produce local promotional materials for instore activation for the hub.Marketplaces :
Key responsibilities : Updating of products (price, images, texts)Planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaignsProject management of ad agency for content development.Perform A / B tests to optimize performance.Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, E-Commerce Operations and Sales.The ideal candidate : We are looking for an outgoing person with a relevant academic background in communications and marketing. You should have at least 3 years of experience in and be used and be ready to solve a variety of marketing related tasks.
You should be self-driven and work well in a matrix organization with many stakeholders. You need to be fluent in German and English.
Furthermore, we are searching for a person who has : A proven experience in consumer marketing, ideally within the consumer goods industry.Proven experience with e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and project management skills.A passion for consumer engagement and a creative and innovative thinker.We are looking for someone to start from 1st March and we will run a quick process, so please send your application as soon as possible, as we will see candidates on an ongoing basis.
