This is a place to make a difference in the world.Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Regional Compliance Manager -Risk Assessment, Monitoring, and Training role will make an impact.The Role & What You Will Be DoingEurope Regional Risk Assessment and MonitoringThe successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Director and European Lead for Risk Assessment and Monitoring in ensuring that our company complies with regulatory standards and internal policies.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Risk Assessment:Assist in developing and implementing risk assessment frameworks and methodologies.Coordinate among the Compliance Officers and Liaisons in the local countries to conduct comprehensive risk assessments of the local affiliates in Europe to identify potential compliance issues.Support in the evaluation of the effectiveness of existing risk controls and recommend enhancements.Draft detailed, comprehensive regional risk assessment reports for senior management.Compliance Monitoring:Assist in the development and execution of compliance monitoring plans.Coordinate among the Compliance Officers and Liaisons in the local countries to conduct and report on periodic data and live monitoring of various interactions with the Healthcare community, leveraging the support of the Global Compliance Risk Assessment and Monitoring COE.Review internal audit reports and gather feedback from the Investigations COE to identify areas of particular focus in monitoring to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.Support the implementation of corrective action plans to address compliance gaps and track progress.Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards and assess their impact on the Company's compliance programs
