The Regional Compensation & Benefits Leader will be responsible for providing support to business units on all aspects of compensation and benefits.What You Can ExpectAs our Regional Compensation & Benefits Leader, you will:Develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs with the region.Lead communication and education efforts related to compensation and benefits, ensuring employees have a clear understanding of their total rewards package.Conduct regular analysis of compensation and benefits trends, market benchmarks, and industry best practices to ensure competitiveness.
