You will collaborate with global resources, site maintenance leaders, and regional business stakeholders to ensure adequate management and implementation of capital projects, integrating appropriate R&M tools into site improvement and execution plans. You will support both site leadership and business leaders with the right rituals, cadence, and metrics to ensure Capex and R&M activities meet business needs and drive functional excellence.On the Capex side, you are responsible for developing Capex budgets and ensuring that projects are managed in accordance with company policies, guidelines, and standards. As the Regional Reliability Leader, you lead the continued implementation of Maintenance and Equipment Reliability processes and play a key role in managing change within the organization, influencing the operations management team. You are responsible for driving significant improvements in plant reliability and championing the shift from reactive to proactive maintenance. You will apply your knowledge and experience to ensure continuous improvement, optimizing the company's physical assets and maintenance and reliability processes and strategies.Your Challenge: Coordinate Capex process across plants in the region, including identification of business needs, development of annual budgets and definition of project scopes for relevant projects.Ensure capital projects are managed according to company policies and standards.Support implementation of projects at regional locations providing guidance on project execution.Ensure Management of Change policy is followed for applicable projects and activities.Drive maintenance best practices: Innovate, document, improve work methods, standardize, train, collect, measure, and analyze key performance indicators to improve processes.Develop functional competencies across all sites
