PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES

Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Review

Supports the preparation of budgets and forecasts for designated companies Reviews financial performance Provides inputs for the sign-off of Monthly Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements Adheres to the functional guidelines set by the Global Controlling at HQ Reporting and Analysis

Participates in preparing monthly reporting packages, reviewing forecasts and setting up ad hoc reports Provides feedback to continuously improve Reporting and Controlling tools Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

Collaborates with the Country Finance teams on Planning and Controlling matters Interacts with various stakeholders Ensures alignment with the guidelines provided by the Global Controlling at HQ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Having a Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting is necessary Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning/Reporting/Controlling Exposure to the Retail industry would be an advantage Must have strong communication skills with fluency in English, any other language would be an advantage, especially Spanish Must be agile, assertive, proactive, and resilient, with excellent analytical skills Must have prior experience in the usage of Financial Reporting tools. Preferably SAP Central Finance, Group Reporting, or SAP BPC Having a proficient level of PC literacy with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are very important Must be enthusiastic, initiative and open-minded personality, reliable and self-driven with can-do attitude Must have the ability to work flexibly and autonomously
