Its business scope covers the RD, production and sales of passenger cars.About the RoleAftersales Regional Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and continuous improvement of dealer aftersales services within their region.
This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, dealer compliance, and operational excellence through strategic coordination and direct engagement with dealers.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for coordinating new dealer induction with all OJ departments.Make sure all OJ systems (warranty system, technical information system etc.)
and procedures are known and accessible by the dealer collaborators.Responsible for OJ standards inspections and acceptance of dealer services.Ensure and contribute to the availability of dealer aftersales information, allowing the company to establish service quality goals for dealers.Organize regular dealer visits to review all service levels (customer satisfaction, maintenance service, service campaigns, staff training, corporate image, spare parts etc.
