YOUR ROLE Regional Coordination: Lead and coordinate accounting activities across multiple regions to ensure consistency and alignment with global standards. Collaborate with other regional/global finance teams to implement and maintain best practices in accounting and financial reporting. Optimization Projects: Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive accounting optimization projects to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Implement innovative solutions to streamline accounting operations and reduce manual efforts. Governance and Controls: Develop and enforce robust accounting governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard the integrity of financial data and prevent fraud. Team Leadership: Coordinate training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of accounting staff. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for regional accounting matters, liaising with senior management, auditors, and external partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support strategic financial initiatives. YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with a strong background in global finance operations. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex accounting projects. In-depth knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset to improve processes and team player attitude.
