Role Overview:We are looking for a creative and dynamic Brand and UGC Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will report to the Chief Officer, and you will be responsible for developing engaging digital ad concepts and collaborating with agencies to refine hooks for user-generated content (UGC).
You will create storyboards, write detailed briefs, and work closely with the brand and external partners to ensure concepts align with campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Concept Creation for UGC Ads: Develop and write engaging digital ad concepts specifically tailored for user-generated content (UGC).UGC Outreach & Agency Collaboration: Work closely with UGC agencies to refine hooks and ideas, transforming them into clear, actionable briefs and storyboards.Creative Brief Development: Collaborate with the brand and agencies to create detailed concepts and briefs for UGC projects.UGC Brief Writing: Write concise and effective briefs to guide content creation in alignment with brand goals and campaign strategies.Influencer Collaboration Management: Plan, execute, and manage UGC collaborations, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of campaign goals.Content Management: Review and approve UGC content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.Skills & Requirements:Strong copywriting and creative skills.Experience in digital marketing and UGC.Ability to work with external partners and internal teams.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.What's on offer?Salary: £27,500 - £36,50050% discount on all Oh Polly and Bo+Tee productsAn extra day off for your birthdayCorporate gym membership (subject to tax)Cycle to work schemeLearning and development opportunitiesCompany pensionCompany social event.This Company is an equal opportunities employer.
