Job DutiesContact existing and new clients to offer technical assistance (forging relationships and building trust).Contact existing and new clients to promote Zeeco products and services.Identify key personnel, establish, and maintain working relationships.Identify, negotiate with, and influence decision makers.Assist with commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of combustion equipment.Understand end-user's needs and identify sales opportunities.Work to generate inquiries. Follow up and provide feedback on any open quotes.Assist in closing orders.Identify end-user facility maintenance turnaround dates and offer Zeeco products and services to support the turnaround.Assist with establishing various working agreements with strategic end-users.Increase the productivity of Zeeco's manufacturer's reps through technical and sales support and education.Provide feedback to Zeeco's product groups for continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering preferredAbility to work well with others at all levels within the organizationHave excellent customer service skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of combustion equipment is preferred.
