Position roles and responsibilities: Carry out and/or check site measurements of the following specialties: piping assembly, thermal insulation, and painting. The applicant must know and apply measurement standards of specifications, contractual documents, and the specific conditions corresponding to different assembly contracts.Check the correct unit pricing of the various site units in the certifications of the executed works.Data extraction of measurements required by the cost manager in order to carry out the contract estimations.Organize and maintain project technical files, update documentation and information for the supervision of revisions, both in projects designed by corporate engineering and projects designed by external engineering.Create service entry sheets (SAP) of the several certifications once they've been approved.Manage the purchase order records and archives, certifications, and contractual correspondence, keeping the costs control report updated in each project.Analyze and elaborate reports of all requests made by supervisors regarding changes and additional work. Verify the compliance of all contractual conditions of the contracts and specifications.Organize and develop an effective control system for the extra job orders, in accordance with the site supervisors.Identify the risks and propose the necessary preventive measures for the work to comply in accordance with the current regulation.2- LANGUAGES: Spanish fluently
3- CAREER EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in a similar position in the petrochemical industry, gas & oil, and energy.
4- COMPUTER SKILLS AND SOFTWARE: Office Package user level
