Recruitment Team Lead

This role specifically requires someone that understands Technology Recruitment (Contract and Perm recruitment, Managed Services or Training Services) and has within an established portfolio of clients.
This is a hands-on role and working in partnership with the team is as important as generating new client relationships.ResponsibilitiesAbility to expand K2 Talent Pool and service and place resources across K2's entire service portfolio (Talent Solutions, Training Solutions, Platform Solutions and Managed Solutions)Management of a growing recruitment team to deliver against recruitment targets and long-term strategic growth: This includes hiring and selection of new team members, setting and monitoring achievement of weekly/monthly/quarterly sales targets for the existing team.Demonstrate awareness of market trends and general business conditions which could impact or drive the growth of existing business.Hit daily, monthly, and quarterly individual and team targets.Requirements & SkillsBachelor's Degree or equivalentProven track record of results in the IT Recruitment spaceKnowledge of Recruitment techniquesIdeally first managerial experienceParticipation in eventsSalary RangeBase + Competitive commissionThis job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
