Communication: Communicate effectively with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders via email, phone, and video conferencing to provide updates, gather feedback, and facilitate the recruitment process. Documentation: Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities through online resources and remote networking to provide insights and recommendations to internal teams. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a remote or virtual environment. Fluency in English is a must, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of remote recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously. Proficiency in remote recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
