We specialise in earthmoving, civil infrastructure and training services, currently delivering on major projects throughout metropolitan and regional Australia.Due to continued growth, Carey Mining are currently searching for an experienced Recruitment / Resource Advisor to join the HR team at our Malaga head office.This is a casual role for approximately 3-6 months to a personable and efficient professional that will be able to hit the ground running. Key to success in this role will be the ability to build strong working relationships, a proactive and positive attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills.Your primary function is the end to end recruitment of blue collar roles, including but not limited to:End to end recruitment activities for the business including structure analysis, advertising of vacancies, screening of resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews and all other recruitment related functions as required;Assisting the recruitment team with phone screens, ref checks, booking medicals and scheduling interviews as and when required;Stakeholder management including hiring managers, internal and external candidates and agency suppliers;Preparing reports on a weekly and monthly basis as required;Contribute to continuous improvement of the HR function.To be successful in this role you will possess:Proven experience in an Internal/In House Recruitment role;Previous mining experience preferred;Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills;Ability to work independently and in a team environment;Ability to prioritise and control workload.In return you will have the opportunity to work for a successful indigenous owned and family oriented business that offers a competitive remuneration based on skills and experience plus access to a range of exciting employee benefits.This position is available immediately.Carey Mining is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply.Unsolicited CVs from agencies will not be accepted.
