Due to continued growth, Carey Mining are currently searching for an experienced Recruitment / Resource Advisor to join the HR team at our Malaga head office. This is a casual role for approximately 3-6 months to a personable and efficient professional that will be able to hit the ground running. Key to success in this role will be the ability to build strong working relationships, a proactive and positive attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your primary function is the end to end recruitment of blue collar roles, including but not limited to: End to end recruitment activities for the business including structure analysis, advertising of vacancies, screening of resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews and all other recruitment related functions as required; Assisting the recruitment team with phone screens, ref checks, booking medicals and scheduling interviews as and when required; Stakeholder management including hiring managers, internal and external candidates and agency suppliers; Preparing reports on a weekly and monthly basis as required; Contribute to continuous improvement of the HR function. To be successful in this role you will possess: Proven experience in an Internal/In House Recruitment role; Previous mining experience preferred; Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work independently and in a team environment; Ability to prioritise and control workload.
