Support the implementation of the overall recruiting strategyEnsuring a unique client and candidate experience to contribute to our organizational purposeCoordinate the recruitment team to ensure objectives and deadlines are reachedWrite and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boardsSource candidates by using databases and social media, evaluating and screening resumes and cover lettersUse recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates' skillsEnsure the recruitment provides a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managersHelp the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questionsMaintain a complete record of interviews and new hiresWhat do we look for?
