Location: Wroclaw Work model: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) Contract: CoE (Umowa o prace) / B2B Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
Act as a consultant to provide staffing solutions and advice on market trends.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and databases to identify potential candidates.
Screening and Selection: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with clients and provide detailed feedback.
Process Management: Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial client briefing through to candidate placement.
Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process by coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding.
Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide insightful guidance to both clients and candidates.
Networking: Actively participate in networking events and professional groups to build relationships and promote InfoTree Global Solutions.
Performance Goals: Meet and exceed individual and team targets related to recruitment activities and placements.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role in a recruitment agency setting.
German language skills (B2/C1) and English language skills (min.
B2).
Strong understanding of recruitment practices and techniques, along with knowledge of employment legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to challenges.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in recruitment software and candidate management systems.
