Requirements: Minimum studies: University Degree Consulting Experience in engineering roles: at least 1 year Organized, proactive, results-oriented person who wants to focus their professional career in the world of Human Resources consulting. Good level of English is a must Target and results orientation. Very good communication and people skills. Responsibilities: Business development and customer acquisition. Direct search for candidates. Publication of offers on the main job portals. Curriculum screening. Telephone, telematic, and face-to-face interviews. Preparation of candidate reports.
