Recruitment Associate With Polish, Amazon Stores - [Xkz746]

A minimum of C1 level (CEFR) in English, and B1 level in Polish.
Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
Relevant experience in Administrative/Corporate/Customer Service environments (such as but not limited to: data entry, managing data-driven reporting, or ownership of detailed processes; solving problems whether related to customer queries or internal process issues).
This is an office-based role with a hybrid working approach. Recognizing that flexibility is sometimes needed, Amazon encourages open communication with recruiters regarding any special circumstances requiring adaptable arrangements.

We are looking to hire a talented and committed Recruitment Associate to be part of the Amazon Stores EMEA Recruiting team, and to play a critical role in delivering against Amazon's hiring requirements and contributing to the growth of the company.
Key Job Responsibilities:Partner with hiring teams to build effective recruitment approaches and manage customer/partner expectations.Manage and take care of the posting of new open positions, in order to create a pipeline of potential prospects.Manage administrative tasks for offer stage, onboarding, and position closing.Location: Madrid, M, ESP
Additional proficiency in the following languages: Czech, Slovak, German, French, Italian, Turkish, Spanish, Dutch, or Portuguese.
Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
