As an International Data Science Recruiting Manager at Meta, you'll own and drive the vision and strategy for a business critical function that is scaling at pace across the world. You will directly manage 3 Recruiting Leaders with an organisation of 25+ recruiting professionals, distributed across EMEA & APAC. Working collaboratively with global counterparts and cross-functional partners, you'll leverage your knowledge and expertise to create innovative and impactful recruiting initiatives, keeping diversity and inclusion at the heart of all you do. As a strategic partner to senior level hiring partners you will analyse and articulate talent market trends and insights, leveraging data and analysis to understand problems and to influence outcomes. This is a high impact role with broad scope and a significant opportunity for long term career growth.Recruiting Manager, International Data Science Responsibilities Leading a global recruiting team across EMEA & APAC, supporting an org of 25+ recruiting professionals, building connection and community across the teamProviding mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your teamCollaborate with senior leaders in the business to understand future staffing plans and to develop scalable strategies and initiatives that increase hiring velocity and productivityOwn and drive the vision and strategic direction of your teamConduct deep data analysis, leveraging metrics and insights to influence hiring strategies and team directionPartner globally with Recruiting Leaders and cross functional partners on impactful work streams and initiativesDrive diversity recruiting strategy to accelerate representation in hiringStay on top of new trends in the industry and marketplace and maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues and trendsStrategically aligning the recruiting team to be agile and execution oriented to make deep impact on the highest priority recruiting areas for the businessMinimum Qualifications Experienced people manager with experience leading large recruiting organisations of both sourcers and/or recruitersA strength and passion for data, metrics and analysisGlobal recruiting experience working for large technology and/or product companiesExperience communicating and working effectively with distributed teamsProven track record of designing and implementing recruiting strategies at scalePreferred Qualifications Data Science/Analytics Recruiting experience is preferred but not essentialEvergreen/pipeline based tech hiring at scale#J-18808-Ljbffr
