Amazon Web Services (AWS) is hiring a Recruiting Manager to lead a dynamic recruiting team.
This role is responsible for leading the recruiting strategy and execution for EMEA customers within our wider AWS Infrastructure Services, Utility Computing and Apps (AISUA) Talent Acquisition team.

The Recruiting Manager acts as a business partner and talent advisor that works closely with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners and the Recruiting team to set and drive goals, processes, and metrics.

A day in the life
In this role, the Recruiting Manager will:
Drive solutions and shape recruiting strategies for new and existing marketsInfluence multiple stakeholders within the business and across central teamsBring clarity and drive decisions on complex issues that impact multiple businessesShape business decisions based on data & deep dive analysisInnovate regularly and with easeEffectively grow and develop a team of recruitersBASIC QUALIFICATIONSPrior leadership experience, managing a team of recruitersStrong background in the HR/Recruiting spaceExperience in managing, scaling and developing teamsProven track record as an influencer, thought leader, and recruitment strategistDemonstrated ability to lead transformational solutions as part of a broad recruiting strategyDemonstrated success in utilizing data and metrics to drive analytically-based decision makingFluency in written and spoken Swedish and English.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience recruiting in the tech/cloud industryProven track record of diagnosing and solving complex problems in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentExperience in data center and/or Software Development hiring including infrastructure, networking, systems development engineering and physical and cyber security.Demonstrated ability to present complex ideas in writing in the form of authoring white papers, proposals, or other formal strategy documents
