Experience in a Recruiting Coordinator, admin or HR-related role. Experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment. Job Summary Key Job Responsibilities Scheduling interviews and phone screens. Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials. Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed. Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Please note that this role is a fixed term contract for 12 months.#J-18808-Ljbffr
