Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive sourcing and recruitment processes Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and provide regular updates to hiring managers Handle communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide insights on market trends and candidate expectations. Qualifications: Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken). Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with tech roles.
