Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.As a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring high-quality talent to support our company's growth and objectives. You will collaborate closely with the HR manager to understand the needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.We want our team members to know they are valuable and supported so we can experience success together.What you Would DoPartner with the Hiring Manager to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and the external team.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.Process and maintain personnel files.Assist with benefit administration.Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.Other duties as needed.What you Need to Bring for this RoleProven experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with at least 1 year of experience.Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Solid understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Passion for finding and attracting great talent.
