Your Role & Responsibilities Recruitment of open positions in the area of responsibility and being the first point of contact and advisor to the department on the recruiting process and the appropriate recruiting strategy.Ensure smooth interfaces to the departments and related HR areas in the recruiting process.Your Skills & Strengths Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar.Several years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing, ideally in the automotive environment.Previous experience in recruitment accustomed to manage high volume of vacancies.Previous experience with SAP Success Factors will be valued.C1 level of Spanish and English is required.In addition to work in a great team, we encourage you to reach your personal potential through outstanding learning and development opportunities.
