Responsible for end to end recruitment process for diverse level profiles, ensuring a pleasant experience to potential talents.
* Accountable for high-volume full lifecycle recruiting for complex searches and functions; including proactive sourcing in order to build pipeline for future talent needs.
* Creating innovative approaches to attract talents by leveraging social media platforms and advanced sourcing tools.
* Conducting competency based interviews and assessments in any Nordic language & English.
* Building and maintaining a network of candidates through targeted approach and recruitment.
* Updating and managing all candidate & client activity through an Applicant Tracking System.
* Collaborate with the rest of the recruitment team to support process improvements and share best practices to meet the needs of recruiting.
Recruiter|PageGroup SSC * Fluency in any of the Nordic languages and English * Experience in recruitment, resource management or candidate research * Excellent communication skills with an ability to manage different stakeholders and influence over the phone/video * Commercial acumen - You are alert to commercial opportunities and information * Systems user who values accurate and timely data, whilst balancing timelines and deadline requirements * Challenger and like to surpass yourself daily * Curious, rigorous, and autonomous.
