AECOM has an immediate need for a highly motivated and results-oriented recruiter to join our European Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will support corporate functions and multiple business lines, including Construction Management, Architecture, Programme and Project Management, Environment, and Transportation. We are looking for a Recruiter to support our geographic regions, including Spain, Italy, and France. Main ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well-informed.Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires.Arrange interviews and manage the life cycle recruitment process through to offer acceptance.Optimize social media and all recruitment tools available, ensuring all advertised material (including job adverts) is accurate and in line with AECOM branding.Utilize AECOM's global recruitment system, keeping data up to date and accurate in real-time throughout the life cycle process.Champion and promote diversity in the business. Minimum RequirementsFluent in Spanish, English, and Italian.At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter.Experience of working in-house or agency, ideally on roles in the professional services or engineering sector.Experience of working within a multi-national organization is a plus. Thanks to our Freedom to Grow global framework, you will have the opportunity to work under a hybrid model, allowing you to combine work in the office - essential to foster collaboration and develop relationships with your colleagues - with homeworking at least twice a week (after a training period).
Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or Marketing preferred.
