Job Description: We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team and provide support in various activities related to recruitment and selection of talent.
This position will play a key role in identifying and recruiting qualified candidates, as well as maintaining efficient processes in the HR department.
Responsibilities: Conduct telephone screenings with candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
Coordinate and conduct virtual interviews with pre-selected candidates.
Post job openings on recruiting platforms and social networks to attract potential candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules and recruiting activities to ensure efficient scheduling of appointments.
Collaborate with the recruiting team in creating and executing effective hiring strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruiting processes in the talent management system.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Requirements: Graduate in Human Resources, Psychology or related disciplines, or advanced student in these areas.
1 year experience in recruitment and selection related functions.
High level of English, with verbal and written communication skills to interact with U.S. candidates.
Ability to be adaptable to work in a dynamic environment and face multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsible and organized, with attention to detail in managing processes and documentation.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
