About this role: As a Sales Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in a high-performing recruiting team by contributing to Gartner's success story. Working in partnership with the business, you will be responsible for sourcing and assessing great talent for our organization. Your role will see you run initiatives, plan events, cultivate candidates, and hone your behavioral-based assessment skills. What you'll do:
Source, qualify and match candidates to defined sales profiles across the Large Enterprise Sales organization.
Partner with Sales VPs and Managers to identify future needs and proactively build talent pools.
Coach and upskill candidates supporting them through the Gartner interview process culminating in a panel interview.
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
Partner with the global recruiting team to drive best practices and deliver region-specific initiatives and events.
What you'll need:
3 to 5 years' experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role.
A consistent track record of success in a metrics or goal-based talent acquisition setting.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow within Gartner.
Determination and a focus on delivering results.
