You will headhunt, screen, and recruit the best talent necessary for our reforestation efforts. The ideal candidate will maintain the highest standards without compromise, be open to criticism, and embrace the challenging nature of the role. HR responsibilities are also included but will be secondary to recruiting.What you'll do:- Taking responsibility for prospecting & headhunting future recruits.- Managing the recruitment process in tandem with company directors.- On-boarding & off-boarding employees.- Working with the directors to create a thriving company & office culture.- Organizing team-building events.- Managing employee documentation & contracts.- Liaising with the Tree-Nation HR gestor.- Managing office supplies & equipment.- Providing administrative support to the Tree-Nation team.- Managing & maintaining HR policies.What you'll bring:- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.- Strong understanding of the Spanish administrative system.- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking in Spanish and English.- Highly competent in using Google Suite, Asana, and Slack.- Experience handling various administrative tasks.- Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive financial information.The perfect candidate can be described as follows:- Highly stress resistant.- Honest, friendly, and respectful.- Adaptable.- Conscientious.- Proactive.- Very organized.- Multitasker.- People person.- Great communicator
