Tree-Nation is the largest reforestation platform that allows citizens and companies to plant trees all around the world and offset their CO2 emissions.
We use technology to make tree planting easy. Tree-Nation invented the virtual tree, the online forest, and many other software tools in order to provide a unique technological solution aimed at shortening the distance between remote projects and their sponsors, between people and companies that want to plant trees and don't know how to, and expert planters around the world who can take care of that.
Since our beginning in 2006, over 700,000 users and more than 20,000 companies have planted 40 million trees using our platform and we have successfully onboarded 50 reforestation projects all around the world.

About this position
Your role as our Recruiter is an essential part of our strategy. You will headhunt, screen and recruit the best talent without which we will not be able to reforest the planet. The ideal candidate will accept nothing but the highest standard of employee without compromising, be open to criticism, be adaptable and willing to embrace the challenging nature of the role. HR responsibilities are also entailed but will be treated as secondary in importance when compared to recruiting.
What you'll do:
Taking responsibility for prospecting & headhunting future recruits.
Managing the recruitment process in tandem with company directors.
On-boarding & off-boarding employees.
Working in tandem with the directors to create a thriving company & office culture.
Organizing team-building events.
Managing employee documentation & contracts.
Liaison with the Tree-Nation HR gestor.
Managing office supplies & equipment.
Providing administrative support to the Tree-Nation team.
Managing & maintaining HR policies.
What you'll bring:
Minimal 2 years experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of the Spanish administrative system.
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking in Spanish and English.
Highly competent in using Google Suite, Asana, and Slack.
Used to handle various administrative tasks.
Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive financial information.
