Hi there! We are Jules and our team is growing. We are looking for a new member to join our Recruiting team!
**This position is open for people residing in LATIN AMERICA**
The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting and hiring top talent for recruitment agencies. We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The primary responsibility of this position is to source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR partners
Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers
Track and report on hiring metrics
Help us develop and improve our processes and find better ways to find excellent candidates
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Advanced English Level is required
2-3 years of experience in recruiting and hiring
Strong understanding of the recruiting process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a part-time position.
