We require a full-time recruiter with an executive search background.
In addition to providing recruitment services, you'll be responsible for managing the accounts directly – you will NOT be expected to make sales calls!
You must have consultative experience working with senior-level management to help design, plan and implement strategic recruitment programs.
You must also be good at networking and be willing to go to events where there are opportunities to network.

Persistence, self-motivation and entrepreneurship The ability and desire to work remotely by telephone (from your home) in addition to our office (downtown Toronto) A reliable car so you have the ability to travel throughout the GTA when necessary Up-to-date computer with high-speed Internet access A strong technical competency of MS Office applications and Internet.
You have good typing and computer skills.
