We require a full-time recruiter with an executive search background. In addition to providing recruitment services, you'll be responsible to manage the accounts directly – you will NOT be expected to make sales calls! You must have consultative experience working with senior-level management to help design, plan and implement strategic recruitment programs. You must also be good at networking, and be willing to go to events where there are opportunities to network.

You must have:
Minimum 3 years recruiting technical and/or non-technical individuals for corporate clients
Executive-Class English communication skills
The ability to be an active listener who leverages this skill to truly understand client needs and wants and converts that into recruitment solutions.
Excellent sourcing, networking, qualifying, interviewing and referencing skills
High energy, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
Persistence, Self-motivation and entrepreneurship
The ability and desire to work remotely by telephone (from your home) in addition to our office (downtown Toronto)
A reliable car so you have the ability to travel throughout the GTA when necessary
Up-to-date computer with high-speed Internet access
A strong technical competency of MS Office applications and Internet. You have good typing and computer skills.
Excellent networking skills and the ability to engage people in conversations anywhere!
