We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-Time Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finding top talent and a keen eye for identifying candidates who align with our company's values and culture. This role is perfect for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make a significant impact in a part-time capacity.Key Responsibilities:To develop effective recruiting strategies.Source potential candidates through online channels (e.G., social platforms, job boards, and professional networks).Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule further interviews with hiring managers.Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and hiring process updates.Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.Provide an excellent candidate experience by being responsive and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.Assist with the development and implementation of employer branding strategies to attract top talent.Qualifications:Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and fit for various roles.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media recruiting.High level of discretion and confidentiality.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.Work Hours:Part-time position with flexible hours.Approximately 20 hours per week.What We Offer:Competitive salary.Flexible work schedule.Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.Potential for growth within the company.If you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for recruiting, we would love to hear from you.
