Using modern digital technologies for searching and selecting targeted candidates.We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for a range of positions, both IT and non-IT.Key Responsibilities:Utilize various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.Screen resumes and provide the relevant candidate.Effectively communicate with the internal team.Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and prepare the CV with our template.Negotiate and finalize offers of employment with selected candidates.Requirements:Experience as a recruiter or talent sourcer, preferably in both IT and non-IT fields.Experience in global recruitment.Good communication in English, both speaking and writing.Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing tools.We Offer:Full-time remote.Beneficial package: paid vacation, national holidays, team building in Ukraine and abroad.Salary paid in EUR.Modern recruitment tools.Looking forward to meeting you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
