Depending on role and business needs, colleagues will either work onsite, in a hybrid model (combination of in-office and virtual days) or fully virtually.We are looking for a Recruiter to join our newly created in-house Talent Acquisition Team based in Madrid. Here's just some of what you'll do in this role:Lead and own screening, assessment, interview, and offer process activities for the regional/functional segment.Enact broader GTA recruitment strategy to ensure delivery of qualified and diverse talent.Master ops excellence by using available technologies to improve efficiency and quality to accomplish the delivery plan.Recommend and drive improvements to the local sourcing strategy and pipeline by actively collaborating with GTA Manager.Conduct first round interviews, intake meetings, interview debriefs, and reviews assessments.Structure new offers, work with compensation team to determine appropriate package and negotiate offer.Partner with employee relations, legal, background check, etc.Create events and handle colleague referrals.Keep abreast of new hiring practices and trends in the industry.Skills and Qualifications : Unique career journey shaped by your talent and curiosity.Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills.Segment and industry-specific knowledge.Ability to effectively maintain relationships.Ability to partner with ancillary groups supporting TA processes.Ability to make logical decisions in a complex environment.Ability to work in a high-volume environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly.Ability to influence at the highest levels.Fluency in English and second European language.Preferred Skills and Qualifications : Degree or equivalent experience. Experience in in-house recruitment function is preferred.Additional Details : Location: Madrid.
