Job Description: An opportunity for a Recruiter Business Partner has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).
RESPONSIBILITIES As a Recruiter Business Partner (RBP) your main mission will be to lead the selection process from understanding the customer needs up to the selection of the most suitable candidate.
Tasks and responsibilities will include:
Analyze, understand and challenge the Managers' needs, discussing requirements such as skills and qualifications required for a position and translate it into appealing job advertisements. Advertise vacancies on appropriate job boards, career websites and other approved media and participate in Employment Marketing events. Apply appropriate selection methods using knowledge of best practices in recruitment and selection in cooperation with the Community of practice of employment. Conduct internet research using internet search engines, sourcing for difficult positions externally via social networks (LinkedIn etc) to locate passive candidates, proactively initiating referrals from employees, alumni, universities, personal networks and people databases. Identify where our target group is located and how to inspire them. Conduct preselection and final selection personal interviews based on Professional assessment and online psychometric tests analysis. Debrief and align with Managers for final selection. Develop and maintain relationships with the functional customers in the divisions. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with desirable candidates. Assess candidates throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with other projects within the cluster such as employee's development programmes, reporting & data analysis, mobility activities. SKILLS We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Educated to University Degree level in Human Resources field or a related discipline. Knowledge and experience in recruitment or in other Human Resources disciplines. Ability to quickly grasp job skills, competencies and industry knowledge to translate into searching techniques to find candidates. Take-charge & hands-on mentality, committed, solution oriented, flexible and open-minded. Excellent communication skills. Excellent customer service and client interaction skills.
