Responsibilities As a Recruiter 360 at our Madrid office, you'll be at the heart of our recruitment and sales operations. Your daily duties will include :

Conducting full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. Engaging in proactive sales activities to attract top talent and new clients. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Meeting and exceeding set targets and KPIs. Requirements Previous experience in recruitment and sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
