Description:Position Objective: The person will be responsible for the Recovery management, organizing and coordinating the work of the squad technicians, ensuring the proper functioning of the department.
The main tasks would be coordinating Disaster Recovery tests, among all departments of Admiral-EU, (including business) reporting and improvement of the current portfolio and scenarios.Functions & Responsibilities:Coordinate DR Tests and ensure success.Monitor the availability of the backups and DR assets.Lead the documentation and process design of Recovery department.People management.Continuous improvement of the people skills, processes and tooling.Requirements:Must Have Requirements:+3 years of experience in a similar role and previous technical experience.General IT technical knowledge.Analysis and spreadsheet tooling.Project management and team working.People management.Strong communication skills to facilitate the coordination with different roles.Documentation and processes design.Requirement gathering expertise.Good level of English: +B2.Proactive and accountable.Good communication and organisation.Automotivation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
