We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reconciliation Specialist to join our finance team. This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations, particularly in monthly reconciliations, data analysis, and auditing processes. Responsibilities
Perform monthly data reconciliation and reporting to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to verify the alignment between bank statements and company records.
Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement.
Execute regular data audits to uphold financial integrity and compliance.
Process and manage payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks as needed to meet business goals.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the finance or accounting field.
Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
Advanced Excel skills, including creating and using macros.
Knowledge of Python is a plus, especially for automation and data analysis tasks.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle issues independently.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Team-oriented attitude with excellent collaboration skills.
