About the job: The Culinary and Product Operations teams at HelloFresh Spain create all the recipes that our customers eat each week.
We develop and test the recipes, create the recipe cards and then analyze customer feedback.
We strive to optimize all of our recipes to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
We need someone to work alongside both teams, making sure that all of our delicious recipes are written in a style that will guarantee a successful meal.
What you will be doing: Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly recipe edits across the menu plan.Managing changes to recipes (ingredients and instructions) and making sure that the correct version of a recipe is sent to customers.Supporting in the creation and implementation of internal processes to reduce recipe card errors.Write required instructions for each recipe using a commonly aligned 'tone of voice', focusing on ease of execution for the customer.Create standardized guidelines for achieving easy, quick and efficient recipe development and editorial steps.Use consumer data insight as the foundation for all editorial decisions.Participate in weekly collaboration with Culinary, Menu, Product and Editorial teams.Hold detailed knowledge of the HelloFresh customer, our brand, trends and competitor styles.Spend time creating recipe cards, briefing photography and writing relevant recipe stories, uploading content for the website and app.Interact with our Business Process Outsourcing team, HelloConnect, to check their work and coordinate their work on a weekly basis. What you'll bring: Highly fluent in Spanish and English are a must.Exemplary writing skills - experience in editing recipes from other contributors would be advantageous.Experience of working in a fast paced editorial environment - delivering work to agreed timelines.Attention to detail - proofreading experience a bonus.Methodical approach to change management.Excellent communication skills - reporting to all relevant stakeholders with weekly outputs and progress.Confidence in challenging the status quo and seeking to continually improve the quality of the recipes our customers receive.
