You will be able to successfully communicate with both customers and your colleagues, ensuring all communications are dealt with accurately, promptly and professionally. The role will be office based and you will be required to meet and greet all visitors on site, ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and efficiency. Ensure all internal and outgoing communications are dealt with quickly and accurately. You will be a part of ensuring we meet and surpass business expectations, promote best practices, and contribute to the company's rapid and sustainable growth, whilst complying with company standard, policy and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Covering the main reception. - Welcoming customers, visitors and clients and ensuring they are signed in. - Managing incoming business emails and ensuring it reaches the appropriate recipients. - Assist in maintaining security. - First point of contact for myenergi. - Liaising with all relevant departments within the company. - Managing deliveries and informing the relevant department. - Performing other administrative duties as required. Qualifications & Experience: - Previous experience of working within a customer service / Receptionist role. - Excellent communication skills – Written and verbal. - Administrative and time management skills.
