Receptionist - Luderna

We're seeking someone with a positive attitude and great people skills. You'll join a dynamic team where you'll engage with customers and support various departments within the company. This is a seasonal permanent contract, with work opportunities during the winter season and the possibility to extend into the summer season as well. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer service calls. Provide virtual assistance to clients. Manage customer complaints and issues. Offer advice on sales and reservations. Requirements: Strong communication skills. Intermediate to advanced computer literacy. Excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in virtual environments. Required knowledge: English (essential). French (preferred). Job Conditions: Working hours: Monday to Sunday (with two days off per week). Rotating shifts with continuous workdays. Workplace: Vielha office.
